Actually quite good quality, all metal (except the cap on the handheld sprayer) and matching finish. One complaint, though, the company laser etched their weird non-word branding on the shower control. No one wants that. It’s not a recognizable brand (or even pronounceable) and cutting it into the finish is deal-breaking offensive
