Does the refill bottle open so you can fill with your own blends?

Yep! I actually use up the refill it comes with then I open it and pour the bath n body works wallflower liquid of my choice in… they changed the design so now you can’t pop in the wallflowers, so I just open and pour! Super easy and much cheaper
