No built in Alexa and no voice remote
Tv itself is great but Alexa is reason I bought it.Really disappointed. If I could get one with Alexa that would be ideal but I’m going to have to return

This model does not have Alexa built-in, you can check it with Samsung support.Extremely disappointed with Amazon.

Not great at all
Bought this TV for our summer house. The reason being the "alexa" as well as Bluetooth connectivity so we could connect out hot tub speakers with the tv so we can watch and hear it from it. Even tho we can easily connect any device to the hot tub this tv will just not connect. i suspect this may be due to a very streamlined remote control which is rather difficult to use and very longwinded!furthermore.. connected to alexa via blutooth, however alexa says it can not play the sound out or control the tv.all in all, tv is ok but def not great.

Dark screen
This is the 4th Samsung we have bought, whilst the software is improved the image quality is definately worse. The colour is darker even on the brightest settings and old tv programmes are much more blurry. I would think twice before buying samsung again.

Good value for the price.
The HD channels have excellent picture quality but the DTV channel picture quality is a lot worse than our old Toshiba LCD that packed in after 13 years. There are two remote controls, the standard Samsung remote, and one that looks like it should belong to an Amazon Firestick. This TV doesn't have voice control included, although in the description it says it has, so I'm not sure why the second remote is included. Handy if you lose one maybe. Happy with the smart features although some of them take a few seconds to load. Overall generally happy with what I suppose would be regarded as a budget TV.

Impulse buy!
Been a long time since a bought a new TV and this was an impulse purchase. Very happy with the quality, price, delivery and didn't realise the size of it, 55 inches is massive but I love it!
