I like that the 120/240 30 amp 4 prong connector is at an angle and that the cover completely covers the connector. Here in Florida during hurricane season the winds blows hard enough to force water in and around the connector. The cover pretty much will prevent this from happening, plus you can lock it with a pad lock or just lock with a d-ring if so desired. The internal connections or easy to use as well, plug in the wire to the provided hole, tighten the screw down. It comes with the ground connection green screw, (solid copper or green colored copper wire) mounted to the side. The white wire (neutral) connects to the chrome colored screw connector and the other two wires, the black and red (the two hot 120 volt) connect to either of the remaining bronze/brass two screw connections. It makes no difference on these terminals which connection use, only THESE two are interchangeable. The box is a bit large about 14 inches tall, but it was just what I wanted over the smaller standard connector box size.

I was able to wire up my entire house in just an hour or two. Taking my time and doing it right is the key. I can run almost everything. We have to shut off the hot water heater to run the stove, but the tv, computer and all the lights work fine. I like the fact that the connection is downward facing and appears to be more weather resistant. Plenty of room to work with.
