Q: I just received mine in the mail. How does the top come off the fill it? There is no hole.

The bottle unscrews from the base so it can be filled.

Q: The bottom metal plate rusts pretty badly within a few months. Is it possible to purchase a replacement?

We apologize that this has occurred. Replacement parts are not available for our feeders, however, it is covered under a one year warranty for replacement.

Q: Does this feeder leak?

if the feeder tips it will leak out the flowers. also be careful to line up the two bottom pieces properly and screw it down well. i like it and would purchase it again. enjoy lauren in wa.
