I LOVE these pens so much. Nothing compares to them. I use the 1.0's and the ink is bold and dark and flows from the pen with such an ease that I feel like I am painting. I write constantly at work and these pens make writing a joy and a pleasure. I joked with my boss that if my pen shipment from Amazon didn't arrive before my current pens were used up, that I would call in sick because I couldn't stand to write with anything else. I have also considered what would happen if Papermate stopped making these pens, and the answer is obviously, I would have to quit my job and do something else because I absolutely REFUSE to write with anything less.

Please, bring back the 1.0 size nib of these pens. They are my all time favorite thing to sketch and draw with. They are the best thickest most glorious pens of all time.

I was always a G2 guy. First time I ordered these and it is a bit smoother in flow. I like bold and balance between rough and smooth. G2 has its own charm and balance. This pen is on a much smoother side. Worth a try.

If you're looking for a silky smooth BOLD pen then look no further. I have a favorite pen for my todo list, but I like a thicker pen for writing larger notes on post-it notes that I leave around the house. The ink from the paper mate comes out thick and smooth and they have very consistent QC as all the ones I've tried worked perfectly. It writes effortlessly with little pressure. If you're looking for an excellent bold gel pen on a budget look no further.

I LOVE these pens! They're at a great price, and they are very good quality. I am an artist, so I got them to ink some of my sketches. They're comfortable to hold, they glide across the paper smoothly, and I really love that these pens create thicker, more bold lines. I highly recommend for any artist, or for anyone looking for a quality, comfortable pen to write with. It doesn't get better than this!
