Maped Mechanical 0.5mm Automatic Pencil Set - Pack of 3 (Multicolor)

The media could not be loaded.  I've tried four different auto-advance pencils so far and this is probably my LEAST favorite. The main issue for me is the shape of grip.Grip: The grip is very pen-like. I tend to hold pencils closer to vertical than I do pens, so with the tapered grip my fingers seem to want to slide forward onto the cone piece as I write/draw.Materials and Build Quality: The cone piece looks like metal in pictures but is actually shiny plastic. The pencil says made in China, in case you care about that sort of thing. The clip seems relatively robust for being plastic.Mechanism: The mechanism works as expected; no clicking is required and I haven't had a single lead breakage yet. Auto pencils are awesome in that way.Writing: The pencil seems to make a weird sticky sound each time you take it off the page. It is quiet but noticeable. None of my other auto pencils do this. Like all auto pencils, it is best to hold this one close to vertical; that said it seems to work just fine at approximately a 45-degree angle.Conclusion: If you like pen-like grips, then this might be right for you. Otherwise, check out the Camlin Nova Automatic, Hauser Auto Gear, Solo Jetmatic or either of the two automatic mechanical pencils from Artline India.

This pencil is just so amazing. I made so many more sketches with this product and absolutely love it. It has a feature with which you don't have to press the button on top of it once the lead is used all the way to the tip of the pencil because it automatically pushes it out (if you know what I mean). These are some sketches I drew with it. Overall it's a great buy and You should go for it.

I love to write with pencils - easy to correct mistakes. But I didn't know that there are mechanical pencils that are automatic. I ordered it as soon as I saw this product in amazon. I could write continuously without interrupting the flow to click the pencil. This is the product that I really wanted but didn't know that it existed. Also I already have a good impression about the brand Maped. I am very happy about this purchase. Thanks to the seller and amazon.

It comes with a little lead too but unfortunately the pink one didn't have the lead. Moreover this is a great product and it's efficient for drawing/ sketching and writing!

Superb mechanical pencil... the best you can get in this price range... (this pack comes with 3 penicils). Just go for it

Value for money nice product serves the purpose why buy one expensive pencil, when you receive two good quality pencil at much cheaper price

Portamine belle e funzionali, durata ok, è la seconda volta che le compro.--------Purtroppo devo rivedere la recensione che ho scritto poco dopo l'acquisto; forse mi sono capitati dei Portamine difettatii, ma queste sono durate veramente poco, nel giro di un mese si ne sono rotte 2... la terza non la uso nemmeno. Va beh...
