Update:As stated below we where happy with our purchase. However, this was short lived. The coffee machine stopped working after 3 days! Returned and refunded.This coffee maker is brilliant because it’s simple and keeps the coffee hot for a few hours due to the thermal pot. I returned my previous coffee machine, as it spilled the coffee when pouring, and didn’t keep the coffee hot. This machine is easy to fill the water level as you can see the level clearly unlike many others. The lid slides over to the side to fill the water and the filter/coffee. The jug also pours very well as the lid is sealed and it has a sharp spout. It tells you in the description that’s its 120v Input, but actually it works in the UK with 240v so you can obviously buy one set up for Europe. The only small gripe, is that the buttons are quite small and you have to look closely to see what you are pressing. Great for the price and keeps coffee hot for a few hours, which is what I wanted.

A fairly basic coffee making machine but makes decent coffee and at a good price. Coffee drains into an insulated flask so stays hot for quite a while without stewing the coffee as with a heater. However coffee is not particularly hot to start with! Heating element broke after 4 months of once daily use but customer service saved the day by replacing with a new item. New item then broke 3 months later with the same problem. Customer service now unresponsive, unhelpful. Will escalate to Amazon as I would reasonably expect a product to last more than 9m months.

All was great for first week. Then one morning I did my usual. put coffee machine on and light went on but nothing happened at all. So I received on 11th of june and it worked till the 19th of june same year. :@

It is a coffee machine - it makes coffee it does it quite well, it keeps it quite warm, it tastes good - but that's down to me using the right coffee!

I bought this as me and my eldest son both like to drink coffee together in the morning. He used just a simple glass manual coffee maker, but coffee would not be as hot as I like it by the time I get ready for breakfast, so we started to think about buying a coffee machine that can be programmed. This one drew my attention as it can be programmed and also has stainless steel jug and permanent filter. The filter can be washed so very good for environment. I also enjoy that is is simple to use and does not require masters degree as some coffee machines can be expensive and complicated :). This one is in use for a month and so far so good. My coffee is ready by the time I need it and is kept hot for a long time. To cut long story short I love my coffee machine and have nothing negative to comment so far.

Great to use...however, stopped working nearly exactly 12 months after purchase

I bought this for a house we let out as a holiday cottage, we've found it looks smart, and cleans up well. For us, we find the jug is ideal as it isn't breakable so we won't spend weeks trawling around looking for a replacement jug that fits, and because it is insulated keeps the coffee warm without a hot plate - which means it can't be left on with the jug half full of coffee and all the horrors that entails! One thing - all lids and tops swivel sideways rather than lifting up but once you work that out, you're away! We like the reusable filter too!

When this coffee maker works, it makes good coffee. Sadly, the thing simply refused to function a mere four days after purchase. We didn't drop it, we never mishandled it. Just one minute it was fully alive, swiftly brewing pot after pot, and the next it was dead. It's as if it contracted the Sudden Infant Death Syndrome of kitchen appliances. Now we're weathering out the rest of our quarantine without any coffee. If you're enjoying a cup, please pour one out for us!
